Return & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Return Window

At Toner & Cartridge Suppliers, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of physical delivery for any eligible items purchased across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, or any other Emirate.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a standard return and full refund:

• The cartridge or unit must be unopened, in its original manufacturer packaging with security seals intact.
• The product must not have been installed, opened, or inserted into a printer.
• Proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or delivery note) must accompany the request.

3. Defective or Faulty Products (DOA Warranty)

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or encounters an unrecognized chip error:

• Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+971 58 993 4734) with a photo or error report from the printer.
• We will dispatch an immediate replacement cartridge within 24 hours in Abu Dhabi and 24-48 hours across other Emirates at zero additional delivery charge.

4. Return Process & Courier Pickup

Initiating a return is simple and seamless:

2. Our logistics driver will schedule a convenient pickup from your office or home anywhere in the UAE.
3. Once received and inspected at our Abu Dhabi distribution center, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via your original payment method or store credit.
