1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to inkandtoner.ae, operated by Toner & Cartridge Suppliers. By accessing our platform, placing orders, or requesting B2B quotes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates.

2. Products & Specifications

We supply both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products and premium certified compatible toner cartridges. While we strive for absolute accuracy in technical specifications and page yields, manufacturer yields are based on standard 5% ISO/IEC page coverage. Product packaging and appearance may occasionally vary based on manufacturer revisions.

3. Pricing, Quotes & VAT

All prices are stated in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to the standard 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT). For items designated as "Quote on Request" or AED 0.00, formal pricing is determined based on bulk quantity, enterprise discount agreements, and live stock availability upon WhatsApp or email consultation.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

An order confirmation received via web, email, or WhatsApp constitutes an agreement to fulfill subject to stock availability. In the rare event an item is out of stock or discontinued, our support team will contact you promptly to recommend an equivalent certified replacement or issue a full immediate refund.

5. Product Warranty

We stand behind our products with reliable warranty protections:

• Compatible Cartridges: Backed by a 1-Year Replacement Warranty against manufacturing defects and chip recognition issues.
• Genuine OEM Cartridges: Covered by standard manufacturer warranty policies (HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Kyocera, Xerox, Ricoh).

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Abu Dhabi.
